Cancellation Policy
By booking a party at Bowlmor Lanes LLC (“Bowlmor”), the Host agrees to the following: Party Inclusions: Each party includes 1 hour of bowling (1 lane) and 2 hours of party area use. Time begins promptly as scheduled and will not be extended for late arrivals. Reservation & Payment: A deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due on or before the event date. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance may be eligible for rescheduling or credit. Cancellations made within 48 hours or less of the event will forfeit 100% of the deposit. 72-Hour Finalization Policy: Bowlmor orders food, supplies, decorations, and schedules staff in advance. All final details and guest counts must be confirmed at least 72 hours prior to your event. Any changes made within 72 hours will not reduce pricing. The Host agrees to pay the original booking amount unless changes are made before this cutoff. Supervision & Conduct: The Host is responsible for supervising all guests. Children must remain in designated party and bowling areas unless accompanied by an adult. Bowlmor staff are not responsible for child supervision. Damage & Liability: The Host is responsible for any damages, theft, or excessive mess caused by their guests. Charges may apply for repairs, replacement, or cleaning. Safety: All guests must follow facility rules. Unsafe or disruptive behavior may result in termination of the event without refund. Food & Decorations: Outside food or beverages require approval. Decorations are limited to the party area. No confetti, glitter, wall-damaging adhesives, or piñatas are allowed. Time Limits: Use of lanes and party space is limited to reserved times. Additional time may be purchased if available. Liability Waiver: Bowlmor is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Participation is at your own risk. Agreement: By booking, the Host agrees to all terms above.
